Ryan Copple, Esq.
Ryan S. Copple earned his Bachelor’s degree with a major in Finance from the University of Florida in 1994. Mr. Copple continued his education at Nova Southeastern University where he obtained his Juris Doctor and Masters Degree in Business Administration in 1998.
Mr. Copple concentrates his practice in the areas of commercial litigation, real property and business law and has successfully litigated numerous cases from inception through trial. He has extensive experience in the areas of community association and landlord/tenant law, contract interpretation, construction liens, assessment liens, code violations, homeowners and condominium associations, foreclosures, insurance claims, malicious prosecution, fraud, declaratory relief, purchase options, rights of first refusal, construction defects, collections pre and post judgment, constructive trusts, and equitable liens and various other legal and equitable matters.
Mr. Copple has lectured at continuing legal education seminars on Landlord and Tenant Obligations in Florida and Landlord-Tenant Law in Florida, Beyond the Basics. He has also lectured for property management companies on issues concerning the Americans with Disabilities Act and Fair Housing Act. Mr. Copple is a member of the Florida Bar and the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida. He is also a member of the Palm Beach County Bar Association, and it’s North County Section. He has also been a member of the Palm Beach County Bench-Bar Committee.
