Mr. Copple began his education by obtaining a Bachelor’s Degree, with a major in Finance from the University of Florida in 1994. He then went on to obtain both his Law Degree and Master’s Degree in Business Administration from Nova Southeastern University in 1998. He practiced civil litigation for various law firms until 2009 when he formed his own law firm. Since then, he has managed to maintain a vibrant and successful law practice.
Mr. Copple has also successfully mediated cases for over 10 years. He concentrates his mediations in homeowner and condominium association disputes, real estate litigation, construction liens, code violations, breaches of contract, collections, evictions, ejectments, specific performance, foreclosures, insurance claims, declaratory relief, and other complex civil litigation matters. While both mediating and running a law practice, Mr. Copple has lectured in continuing legal education for landlord and tenant obligations in Florida, and in complying with the Americans with Disability and Fair Housing Acts.
