Combination Creates Unparalleled Resource for Mediation Services in South Florida
WEST PALM BEACH, Fla. — Breakthrough Mediation & Arbitration, LLC has acquired ARC Mediation in a merger. The combination of these two full-service alternative dispute resolution firms provides businesses and individuals in South Florida’s St. Lucie, Martin, Palm Beach, Broward, and Miami-Dade counties with an unparalleled resource for mediation services.
According to Breakthrough Mediation Attorney Mark A. Greenberg, “We have joined forces with a stable of experienced mediators. Together we look forward to continuing the excellent service to which our clients are accustomed, providing innovative arbitration and mediation services to actively resolve legal disputes.”
Under the terms of the merger agreement, the two previously separate entities will operate as one under the name Breakthrough Mediation & Arbitration, LLC. The merger was officially finalized in July 2020; however, the announcement of the merger has been embargoed to correspond with the launch of the firm’s new website now available at btmediation.com.
“The new website puts the expertise of our team at center stage, right where it should be,” said Greenberg. “Our mediators and arbitrators have over 150 years of combined legal experience and more than 500 trials under their belts. We know the risk of the courtroom, and we use that knowledge to flesh out the strengths and weaknesses of each party’s position to drive cases to resolution.”
